Can I try The Fresh Agent before subscribing?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever: nine real commodity groups with this year’s weekly USDA prices, refreshed each business day, no card required. Upgrade to MAX when you need every commodity group we carry, district detail, USDA movement and multi-year history.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, manage the subscription there.
Where does the data come from?
All pricing and movement data comes directly from the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS). We pull new data each business day. Most commodities update daily; some USDA reports publish weekly or seasonally, and every price on the board shows the date it was quoted.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No phone calls, no hoops. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel there. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do I get a receipt?
Web subscriptions email a receipt with every charge, ready to forward for expensing. App Store and Google Play purchases are receipted by Apple or Google. Billing questions: billing@thefreshagent.co.
